Start by cleaning the rim of your water cooler and the neck of your new bottle. This will make it much easier to remove the old water bottle and place the new one in. It is also important to wipe down the neck and top of the new water bottle so that there is no dust or debris that might settle on it.

Put the new water bottle on a chair or table near your cooler, making sure that you set it at an angle so that the new bottle can rest securely without having to twist or move it around. This will prevent you from accidentally spilling water on the floor or anywhere else nearby.

Now, use your dominant hand to grasp the neck of your new water bottle. Using your other hand, slowly lift it up and tip it so that it is at a 45-degree angle. This will allow you to dispense the water from your new bottle onto your cooler.

It is important to note that if you are changing the bottle on your own, you should never lift a bottle if it is too heavy for you. Rather, ask for assistance from a friend or family member if you are uncomfortable doing it alone.

You should also check the new bottle for any hairline cracks or chips that may be present. These cracks could injure you while lifting or moving the bottle.

Next, make sure the old bottle is almost empty if it is too full you will end up with splashes of water everywhere. This will make it harder to change the bottle and could cause some damage to your cooler.

Once the bottle is empty, it is time to move it. This will make it easier to handle and will ensure that you do not spill any water on the floor or anywhere else. You should also take the time to wipe around the rim of your cooler so that there is no dust or debris on it.

Finally, once the new water bottle is in place you should plug the dispenser back into your power source and press the button to dispense your water. This will ensure that your water cooler continues to work efficiently.

Your water cooler should be able to dispense up to 1,140 gallons of water in a year! This is based on an average office of 20 employees. So, if you want to maintain high-quality water for your employees and customers, it is best to keep your water cooler stocked with fresh water bottles on a regular basis. It is also recommended that you clean the water reservoir on a regular basis, too.
