How to Put a Water Bottle on a Water Cooler?
When you need to change your water bottle, it can be difficult if not impossible to do it without spilling or damaging the dispenser or cooler. But, there are a few tips you can use to make the process a little easier. The most important thing is to use a new, clean bottle.

Remove the old bottle from the dispenser and place it on a table or chair close to the water cooler. This will make it easier to lift and insert the new one. If you have any old items on the bottle, such as money or keys, transfer them into your new bottle before putting it back in the dispenser.
Step 1: Standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, bend down in front of the replacement water bottle. Grab it with your dominant hand and grasp its neck securely, then place your opposite hand under it. Slowly stand up and set the bottle down on the chair or table, then take the cap or tab from around its neck.
Next, lift the water bottle and slowly tilt it at a 45-degree angle to allow water to drip into the cooler. When the flow of water has increased to a significant amount, secure it onto the base.
You can also use a rubber band or plastic wrap to hold the bottle in place. But this method is a little more expensive than the others. I’m glad Press and Seal wrap is a great option, though.
Step 2: Using a soft cloth, wipe the outside of the cooler to remove any dirt or dust. This will help to ensure that your water stays fresh for the longest possible time.
Changing out the bottle can also be an opportunity to clean the dispenser and the water tank. The cooler and the tank can be breeding grounds for germs and bacteria, so it’s important to make sure you thoroughly clean them to keep your drink safe from infection.
Once the cleaning process is complete, you can replace the old bottle and fill it with fresh, cold water from your tap or source. Then, you can use the water cooler again!
You can even put a small dish of soap and hot water in the dispenser to clean out any traces of grime that may have built up over time. This will help to protect your drink from clogging and will help you avoid any future problems with the dispenser or the cooler itself!
If you are a business owner, a stocked cooler will help to cultivate a professional environment and keep your employees and clients well hydrated. However, the water cooler and the bottle must be cleaned thoroughly before a business can fully reap the benefits of its functionality. This can be done by following these easy steps.
